We want you to love your poster. If there’s a problem, here’s how we can help.

1. Returns & Cancellations

  • You can cancel or return most non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom or personalised posters can only be returned if faulty or damaged.

2. How to Start a Return
Email wallstoryprintsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions.

3. Condition of Items
Posters must be returned in original condition and packaging. Damaged returns may be partially refunded.

4. Faulty or Damaged Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
